Created in honor of our country’s 250th birthday but also in honor of beautiful resident eagle at Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge. She’s since gone on to fly in the clouds but she is remembered and loved always. And yes, for this one, we’ve got a stencil! No excuses. boom!
